How It Works

Mental health can be an uncomfortable topic to discuss. Oftentimes, youth point to stigma and fear of being different as reasons for struggling with a mental health condition in silence.

Our platform uses text messaging, a preferred communication method for youth, to help them feel more comfortable talking with each other. Paired with small group discussions, participants learn they are not alone – and that there are ways to get help.
